Under direction, performs diagnostic sonography, participates in procedures and manages data collection and organization of the ultrasound rooms for the Department of Radiology: implements technical data for diagnostic sonograms performed; performs diagnostic sonogram procedures; interprets sonograms and prepares data for diagnosis; assists in training staff on basic requirements for operating equipment; performs other job related duties as required.

Must be a registered diagnostic medical sonographer, and two years experience working in clinical ultrasonography (previous experience as a registered technologist in another radiology modality may be applicable); Bachelor's degree in a science related area a plus; excellent organization and communication skills.
